At Hongtu Bike, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. If you have used our Facebook Login feature and wish to delete your associated activities and personal data from our website, you can do so easily by following these steps:
### Method 1: Delete via Facebook
1. Go to your Facebook Profile’s **Settings & Privacy** > **Settings**.
2. Click on **Apps and Websites** in the left menu.
3. Find **Hongtu Bike** (or your App Name) and click the **Remove** button.
### Method 2: Manual Request (Recommended for WordPress Accounts)
If you wish to completely erase your customer profile, order details, or account from our store database, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to our data support team at: **hongtubike@gmail.com**
2. Use the subject line: **”Request for Account and Data Deletion”**.
3. Provide your account username/email or the phone number used during checkout.
4. Our administrator will process your request and permanently delete all your personal data within **48 hours**. We will send you a confirmation email once complete.
